frequently asked questions
how do I book?
All bookings are done via message or email. First we’ll agree the Session you’d like {i.e. Maternity, Newborn, Family} then we’ll book the Photo Package. Next we’ll set a date (if it’s the JustBorn 48 or NewBorn, we’ll just note the due date). A £50 PayPal deposit request will be sent to secure the booking. One week before the session I’ll send over the balance, that’s for the Session Fee + the Photo Package.
i’m undecided on which Package..
That’s no bother. We’ll talk through each of the Packages so that you know what’s included in each one. You can book Prints only and once you’ve seen the online gallery you can always upgrade if you want to have access to all the digital files, that way you can share these with your friends and family and print as many as you like, now + always.
how do we prepare for the Session?
We will talk through all the details before the Session so that you can relax into it. For the NewBorn Session, I will send you a Guide that gives you all my tips and tricks for having the sleepiest, cosy baba. For the Maternity Session, we’ll talk through what you might like to wear that’s snug and feels comfy. Just ask me any questions, I’m a mama of 3 boys and have been in this game for years, so I’m not phased and I really love what I do and want you to enjoy it too.
can you travel?
Yes - that’s no problem. If you’d like a Session but for whatever reason you’d like me to travel to you, that’s fine. What we’ll do is price up the travel time + mileage for your location and add that onto the price of The Session + Photo Package. my studio, the /living room, is in Banff and I’d be happy to travel up to 2 hours without the need for overnight accommodation.
